Data Science Trainer / ML Trainer, AI Trainer, Python Trainer

LOCATION
Coimbatore
- Responsible for planning, creating, and executing timely sessions for the data science training program.
- Create course materials, case studies, mini-projects, assignments, and evaluations following the program.
- Update management about the performance of learners.
- Monitor students’ progress and ensure the necessary content is up to date.
- Keep up with changes in the entire data science field.
- Proficiency in Python, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, ML.
- Strong foundation in optimization, Discrete Maths and statistics.
- Minimum 1 years of data science training experience (preferred).
- Graduate or higher qualification required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding the needs of the students and assisting them in selecting the appropriate IT course following their career objectives
- Recommending various IT courses to the students depending on demand, educational background, and market scope
- Educating students about the advantages and offers that Softlogic gives along with each course.
- Verify student information and assist them in navigating the application portal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tamil and English proficiency is a must.
- Additional benefits include the ability to speak Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Our Recruitment Process
Our HR professionals screen applications based on candidates’ qualifications, certifications, hands-on skills, subject-matter expertise, and interpersonal skills.
Shortlisting
This phase will assess the candidate’s technical expertise and English proficiency. There are 35 -45 MCQs in this round, and you have the allotted time to complete them.
Aptitude Round
Face-to-face interview to assess a candidate’s technical aptitude for the role, such as coding skills for trainers, digital marketing acumen for sales and SEO applicants, etc.
Technical Round
One of our HR Managers will evaluate candidates in the last round to assess the candidates’ communication skills, soft skills, positive attitude, and confidence level.
